This is an ADD ON ONLY to the Cover Model competition. Please select 1, 2 or 3 for your additional entries. The first entry is $100 (+$35 after Dec 1) and is submitted separately. 
 
If you only use the add on option and never submit the first competition entry, these $35 purchases will be VOID and non-refundable.
